Abselion is an analytical tool developer commercialising a hardware system and consumable sensor chip component that together enable the Simple, rapid, low cost acquisition of ELISA data. The intent is to enable any scientist or technician with minimal training to get ELISA data in 1min/sample (1-100 samples) at-line from this accessible benchtop system. The platform uses electrochemical sensing of the free electrons in the ELISA TMB-HRP reaction, providing a highly sensitive, rapid & robust result.
With broad applicability across life science research and bioprocessing, the initial focus is on applications where providing quick and accurate titre and purity info at the point of process can be disruptive to current workflows.
