Ebru Uzun

Head of Business Operations

Ebru Uzun is the Head of Business Operations at M-Ventures. She started her career as a Management Consultant where she advised global pharmaceutical companies on market entry, product strategy, and organizational transformation. Building on this foundation, she held leadership roles at MilliporeSigma, including Chief of Staff for the Bioprocessing business and Director of CDMO Strategy, where she spearheaded large-scale growth initiatives and cross-functional programs that shaped the company’s long-term direction. Most recently, she served as Entrepreneur in Residence at M-Ventures, advising on investment opportunities and contributing to portfolio growth through in-depth market, technology, and business model assessments. Ebru holds an MBA from Hult International Business School, and an MSc in Clinical Neuroscience from University College London. Ebru is based in Darmstadt.
