Caroline Soulard

Caroline Soulard is the CFO of M Ventures. Prior to taking this role, she worked in M&A Controlling & Valuation at Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany for five years. In that team, she evaluated acquisition, divestment and strategic projects, and was responsible for the transaction financials throughout all phases. Before that, she participated to Merck KGaA, Darmstadt, Germany GoGlobal Finance Program. Caroline studied Economics & Finance at Università Bocconi (Italy) and The University of Manchester (UK). Caroline is based in Darmstadt.
