Bauke Anninga, PhD, joined M Ventures in September 2019 and is currently a Principal in the Biotechnology team. Before joining M Ventures, Bauke worked at Jefferies International for two years in the Healthcare Investment Banking group in London (UK). During his time at Jefferies he advised on several financings and M&A transactions across the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical devices sectors. Before that, he was involved in a boutique life-science investment sourcing and due diligence company in Cambridge (UK). He also co-founded the Innovation Forum (UK), which is a global network and accelerator for science-based ventures. Bauke has a PhD in Cancer Studies from King’s College London (UK) and an MSc in Technical Medicine from the University of Twente (The Netherlands). Bauke is based in Amsterdam.
