Scipio bioscience develops a new generation of sample preparation solution for single-cell studies, in the form of user-friendly and cost-effective benchtop kits, for use in sequencing applications in clinical and basic research, with an initial focus on transcriptomics. Scipio Bioscience has developed the protocol from the initial proof-of-concept studies to a prototype kit ready for beta-testing in collaboration with several research teams. The company, founded in 2017, is hosted in the iPEPS-ICM incubator of the Brain & Spine Institute (ICM, Pitié-Salpêtrière Hospital, Paris).
