Dave Rosenberg joined M Ventures as Head of the New Business Fund in August 2018. Prior to M Ventures, Dave was Managing Director for GE Ventures where he worked on the commercialization of early-stage software products. Previously, Dave was the Head of Technology Investment for the Invention Development Fund (IDF), part of Intellectual Ventures, where he led global efforts to build a broad intellectual property and product portfolio. Prior to joining Intellectual Ventures, Dave was CEO and founder of Nodeable (acquired by Axway), a real-time analytics provider. He was CEO and co-founder of MuleSoft (NYSE:MULE, acquired by Salesforce.com) a provider of middleware integration software. He’s held marketing and technical roles at The Linux Foundation, Glass, Lewis & Co, Sprint, OmniSky, Lucent Technologies and Bell Labs.
Dave holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a BA from Rutgers University. A prolific writer and public speaker, Dave has written more than 1,000 articles for Bloomberg Businessweek, CNET and many other publications. He is an inventor on multiple patents and has spoken around the world about innovation and product development. He is a Kauffman Fellow and sits on the Rutgers Big Data Advisory Board. Dave is an advisor and board member to multiple early stage startups including Authenticiti, DataStax, and Puppet.
